Unloading and Parking
If you are dropping off displays or materials for the Job Fair, there are two options for unloading at the Minneapolis Convention
Center. The job fair will take place in Exhibit Hall A, which is two levels underground from the street level.
Materials can only be dropped off on Friday, February 24, after 8:30 a.m.
Unloading – Lower Level
To unload your materials on the lower level ramp, stop next to the marshalling guard station that is located off of 16th Street
on the right. Let the guard know you are dropping off materials for the University of Minnesota Job and Internship Fair. The
marshalling guard will give you a pass to allow your vehicle into the lower level for unloading for up to thirty minutes. You will
be entering the Convention Center in the back of Exhibit Hall A. After unloading, drive back up the ramp and park on the street level
in one of the parking ramps available near the Convention Center. Most of the ramps in the area are connected to the Convention Center
through the skyway system. Visit the website at

Unloading – Street Level
We will have courtesy staff/student workers available to assist you in yellow jackets to unload your materials on the street level, pull into the
curved unloading access road that is off 2nd Avenue and drive almost to the end of the access road (near Ballroom A/B). Park
next to the curb on the access road and look for students workers that will be there to assist you. After unloading, park in one of the
parking ramps available near the Convention Center. Most of the ramps in the area are connected to the Convention Center through the
skyway system. Visit the website at
